The Roman Catholic church has seen a lot in its more than 100-year of its history. In Soviet times, it was a club of Soviet enterprises directors, a gym, a warehouse, a student club, and even the House of Scientists.
The first Tyumen organ was brought here and now is kept at Tyumen Philharmonic. The Polish diaspora had placed a mortgage letter, coins, and grain as a symbol of life into the basement of the church at the first steps of its construction.
Now the church is working for its intended purpose – it regularly hosts divine services. Come and see yourself!
