The family museum center named Kamelyok, which is located on the territory of the Tobolsk Kremlin will share the cozy atmosphere of the Siberian village. Visiting that place will be interesting for both adults and children. Guides will tell about the culture and way of life of Siberian peasants: from what and how they built houses, design the interior, what they ate, what their family way of life was like, how childhood passed. Children themselves can try old-fashioned fun, for example, eggs rolling game.
The Kamelyok is divided into two halls – for activities and workshops. The first one is designed as a Siberian village hut – here you can take pictures with a statue of a grandmother, shake the cradle, jump and play. In the second hall, the workers of the center will teach the children to make dolls, which were once played by Siberian grandmothers. Young artists will be shown how to paint flat wooden toys with the Ural-Siberian decor, and told more about this tradition.
Parents can join their children or visit the exposition presented on the territory of the Tobolsk Kremlin, leaving children with caring workers at the center.
