VII International Festival of Children's and Family Cinema "Zero Plus"

The festival will host the premiere of the musical-plastic tale "The Path of the North Wind" by Vera Kondratyeva, performer of the traditional folklore of the Ob-Ugric peoples. It will not do without films, you will be shown several short films from creators from different countries.
